3day relaxing break

Great Yarmouth Racecourse Club Campsite
This site was excellent all facilities were spotless, the wardens were friendly and had time to chat and everyday were busy changing over old wood for new and making the site look better. An added bonus was horse racing which did not impact on getting in and out of the site just a short delay if race was in progress. The walk into Great Yarmouth town centre was approx 30/40 minutes and a shirt walk from site is caster dunes and beach which is dog friendly. We would return for a short break

Great Great Yarmouth

Great Yarmouth Racecourse Club Campsite
Hi we booked this site for an easter break with our grandkids, They are crazy about horses so we were all waiting for Tuesday Race day, A word of advice if you are a novice reverser like me choose your pitch carefully as some are not flat but great for views across the race track. The facilities were spot on, the wardens were super friendly and helpful. Another word of advice Great Yarmouth Seafront gets proper busy so get there early to find a parking and carry pound coins or use the parking app. Caister beach we found very close and seemed more sheltered than Yarmouth. Race day arrived, the warden came to our pitch and explained the race day routine and 1/2 price tickets and kids go FREE, Yipeee....... It was a great day. Once again Thank You to the Team at Great Yarmouth Site for keeping everything so great, will definitely see us again.

Lovely site

Great Yarmouth Racecourse Club Campsite
This is the first time we have visited the Great Yarmouth site and will certainly return. The Site Wardens were really friendly and helpful, it was nice to be greeted with a smile. The facilities are absolutely immaculate in all areas and well maintained. The site is ideally situated to either walk into Great Yarmouth or onto the beach at Caister on Sea and the site is self is really interested being located on the racecourse. Thanks to the Site Wardens more making this a lovely site to stay on.

Tired site

Great Yarmouth Racecourse Club Campsite
We were booked in for 4 nights but moved after 2. Site is tired and only has one facilities block which would be overwhelmed if the site were full. Very exposed and when the weather blew in you felt every gust of wind - many awnings had suffered in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. The walks from the site were limited for us. Visited The Avenue public house nearby and am very surprised it rated 4.5 on trip advisor.

Great site

Great Yarmouth Racecourse Club Campsite
As usual a very friendly welcome from wardens ,having been a regular visitor over the years the site has always been well run toilet facilities always kept very clean even before COVID .It’s a pity the club can’t do something about the pitches re lack of grass but I don’t think that puts members off.Plenty to do in area ie Visits to the Broads or Yarmouth itself. All in all a great site .
